Paragon, a real estate branding agency, required a 10-page investment brochure for an £89 million Tesco warehouse targeting institutional investors. My task was to make dense technical specifications accessible and engaging.

I simplified complex floor plans, created custom infographics for key metrics, and established a clear visual hierarchy to guide readers through the content.

The result was a polished 10 - page brochure that transformed technical data into a scannable investment tool, effectively supporting stakeholder engagement.
